Unopened 3DDIRECT filaments and replacement parts may be returned within 30 days of shipping for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise must be returned to us in original, undamaged condition, accompanied by an RMA number (see below for instructions.)
Defective filaments or parts may be exchanged, either for the same item(s) or for different item(s) within 1 years of purchase. If an exchange item is not available, a full or partial refund may be offered in its place.
How to return/exchange merchandise:
- Please fill our our online Merchandise Return Request form.
- We will contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #), generally within 24 busines hours.
- We may provide you with a prepaid shipping label depending upon the situation. Shipping labels are provided on a case by case basis.
- If we provide you with a shipping label, it must be used within 30 days of its issuance. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. For this reason, we ask that you return your merchandise without delay. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
- You are responsible for the safe return of the merchandise. We suggest you use a carrier with tracking, such as UPS (1-800-PICK-UPS), or US mail with signature confirmation. US mail delivery confirmation will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
- Write the RMA# clearly on the outside of the return packaging.

If you are returning an unopened item for refund, we will issue the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be made to the PayPal account or credit card originally charged. If payment was originally made by check, please allow 10 days for the original check to clear before the refund check is issued. Replacement merchandise will be shipped as quickly as possible upon receipt of the defective merchandise.
